BCC Meeting Wednesday Jun 14th 2023: Bell Street design progression from Waterfront Seattle

Our next meeting is on Wednesday, Jun 14th, 2023 at 6:30 pm, presented in partnership with Belltown United.

We discussed the Bell Street project at our February and March meetings. The goal of the $3.3 million project is to create more accessible and comfortable east-west connections between Belltown and the Waterfront with the focus on Bell Street from 1st Avenue to Elliott Avenue.

Since then, the Office of the Waterfront, Seattle Department of Transportation and their design partners have been hard at work developing the design based on more than 800 comments. At our June meeting, they will present the 10% concept design progression, and answer questions.

Speakers will include:

  • Thérèse Casper, Bell Street Project Manager
  • Annaliese Chapa, GGN Associate
  • Rikerrious Geter, GGN Associate and Community Partnerships Lead
